The Red Rose Florist Terms & Conditions
All our flowers and Gifts can be delivered Monday to Saturday within the Lowestoft area. Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 4pm Mon day to Friday or 2pm Saturday to ensure a delivery. Although it is highly recommended you book in advance.
We do not accept orders for delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays except for Mother's Day.
It is very important to supply as much information with your order as possible, including an active email address and a daytime telephone number. Just in case there is a problem.
Once you have submitted your order, you should be taken to a "Thank You" screen giving you the main details for your order. You will also receive an auto generated email response confirming your order.
IF YOU DOT NOT RECEIVE THIS NOTIFICATION YOU MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AS WE MAY NOT HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.
If you need to advise us of any changes to your order or to cancel your order, we would require these changes at least one full working day before the day of delivery to allow us to respond in time.
You can amend or cancel your order by simply sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Please note all orders taken online charge your credit/debit card at the time of ordering, any refunds will be charged back within seven days of cancellation minus a 10% cancellation fee.
All Prices stated do not include delivery, however if you want a collection there is no charge.
The Red Rose Florist accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Meistro, Solo, Electron & JCB.
Please note that The Red Rose Florist is a service operated through www.TRRS.org Ltd (Registered in England, Company Number 5359299).
All prices are quoted in UK Sterling and this is how we will charge your credit card. For customers placing orders from outside the UK your credit card company will take care of any exchange facilities through your statement.
We reserve the right to refuse any orders which remain unpaid, appear fraudulent or for which we are not completely satisfied with.
Your card will be charged within 1 working day of placing your order, irrespective of the delivery date.
To achieve our greatest efficiency we require full and concise addressing details. It is most important for every order to contain the fullest, normal address details. THE MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL IS THE ADDRESS POSTCODE.
Provided full address details are supplied, as requested, all deliveries should be made very precisely.
We cannot be responsible for any problems, which occur as a result of incorrect information. If a totally incorrect address is supplied, an old address for the recipient or the wrong number in the road, the delivery will be made to that address. We will not be responsible for leaving at the address as given.
From time to time situations may occur which will influence our ability to provide the same high level of service. You as the customer would be kept informed, at the earliest opportunity and alternative action may need to be agreed. Examples of this type of problem are adverse weather, civil unrest, strikes, fuel shortages, communications failures, acute flower or material shortages or delays. The placing of an order would mean the acceptance of reasonable alteration to our service under these conditions.
WE MUST STATE THAT WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE FLOWERS, OR CLAIMS OF NON DELIVERY, IF THE RECIPIENT FAILS TO COLLECT THEIR FLOWERS. UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES NO REFUNDS OR COMPLIMENTARY RE-DELIVERY CAN BE OFFERED.
3rd Party Delivery
These premises would include Hotels, Hospitals, Business, factory/office block, golf club, function room, wedding reception, hotel, hospital and many other non-domestic situations.
The main problem is that people move around. We can only deliver to a person if they are in the location we are told they should be in. If an order is sent to someone at a hotel and they have left early, we cannot be responsible. The gift will be left at that location and it becomes the responsibility of the recipient to collect it.
We must emphasize that your delivery will be made to the nearest point in the location that is allowed. We cannot be responsible should the flowers then not be made available to the recipient, the speed with which it is made available or any deterioration in the condition of the flowers as a result of any delays.
The goal we have set ourselves at The Red Rose Florist is to make every customer a satisfied customer. All our Flowers are guaranteed a vase life of 7 days (with most lasting well beyond that). If there are any problems regarding a delivery, simply email us at email@example.com.
To ensure that your Flowers arrive in a timely fashion, please check that all information entered on the order form is complete and accurate. It is important that the recipient carefully reads and follows the directions outlined on the Care Guide. This care information is designed to supply your recipient with the ability to enhance the life of their Flowers for as long as possible.
Availability of Flowers
In the unlikely event of any unavailability of flowers ordered, we undertake to fulfil your order with the closest matching bouquet available of at least the same value.
